While in other sports, such as tennis, a point or rally can be won by a sudden counter attack or winner, at padel patience is of the essence. It is of utterly importance that the padel player -and his teammate- make use of his patience. Building the point takes up to fours times longer than at tennis, thus, patience is of the essence.  The following video is a good example that remarks the importance of patience at padel.

Buddha is praised, among other things, because of his remarkable patience. If Buddha played a sport, that would certainly be padel. And as such, he would be a champion.

Remember: Be patient as Buddha. Play Buddha padel.

Enjoy Padel!
